Aarons Sales & Lease Ownership will rejoin BACE Motorsports and NASCAR driver Tony Raines for this weekends UAW-GM Quality 500 at Lowes Motor Speedway. For the second time this season, the Atlanta-based corporation will transform the #74 BACE Chevrolet into the Aarons Dream Machine. Its a great honor to have Aarons back on our car, said Raines. Their first race with us was at the Brickyard in August, obviously a prestigious race and special to me hailing from Indiana. This weekend theyll join our team again at another key race for our sport, as Charlotte is home to a majority of the teams. Weve worked hard all year to be competitive and earn sponsorship for this team,Raines added. So when a company like Aarons rewards our efforts with another sponsorship program, its a great compliment to our team and it makes the hard work worthwhile especially for two of the most prominent races on the schedule. Raines first ride in the Aarons Dream Machine this season at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in the Brickyard 400 resulted in a 25th place finish, one of 10 top-25s posted by the Raybestos Rookie candidate this year. Tony Raines and the BACE Motorsports team did a tremendous job representing Aarons at the Brickyard, said Ken Butler, President, Aarons Sales & Lease Ownership. When the need arose for us to expand our presence in the sport this weekend, it was only natural that we would return to BACE to run the Dream Machine in Charlotte. Its really hard to believe that this is the first year for Tony and BACE in Winston Cup, and that theyve been able to be consistently competitive each week on the strength of their internal funding.
