NASCAR officials have fined Earl Ramey, crew chief of the #95 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series team driven by Wayne Edwards, $250. The infraction was in violation of 12-4-A: Actions detrimental to stock truck racing. Section 12-4-W: Improperly attached weight. The infraction occurred during pre-qualifying inspection for last Saturdays Advance Auto Parts 200 at Martinsville Speedway.(NASCAR PR)(10-22-2003)
