UPDATE: Hank Parker Jr., who ran a partial Busch Series schedule this season, will drive one of the two Toyota Tundra entries owned by George diBidart in the NASCAR Truck series next season, ThatsRacin.com has learned. Parker Jr., 29, ran several races for the Busch team co-owned by Dale Earnhardt Jr. and his stepmother, Teresa Earnhardt, this season. He also substituted for Truck series driver David Starr for several races, while Starr recovered from injuries sustained in a practice session accident earlier this season. Parker Jr., reached Friday by phone, would not confirm the move. “I’ve talked to a lot of owners and been looking into a lot of different things,” he said. “I need to be racing every week.” Parker Jr. has two career Busch series wins.(ThatsRacin.com)(11-7-2003)
