Catchfence.com has been informed that NASCAR Busch Series driver Jason Rudd will be moving to the American Speed Association [ASA] in 2004. Jason Rudd, the nephew of NASCAR Winston Cup Series driver Ricky Rudd has competed in ARCA, as well as the NASCAR Busch Series and is looking forward to 2004.
