Jack McNelly has named Regan Smith to drive for his Mac Hill Motorsports Busch Series team for 2004. Smith drove McNelly’s #56 Chevrolet at the final Busch Series race at Homestead and gave the team their best qualifying start, a 19th, in the thirteen races they ran last year. Mac Hill Motorsports is led by veteran crew chief David Ifft and is scheduled to run at least fifteen races on the 2004 Busch Series schedule.(PR)(1-7-2004)
