The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) is a government-funded program that enlists the support of Americas corporations to procure employment of American military service men and women. The ESGR will sponsor 5 Busch races, with Richard Childress in an attempt to create awareness and to promote the 5 Freedom Award recipients selected in 2003.
