NASCAR Busch Series Raybestos Rookie of the Year contender Kevin Conway will be making his 2004 debut with the backing of some of NASCAR’s biggest names. He is being helped by mentor, retired NASCAR Winston Cup driver Ernie Irvan among others. The NASCAR Busch Series officially kicks off their 2004 season, Conway has been caught again by yet another NASCAR veteran; this time by Busch Series car owner Rick Ware during pre season thunder at Daytona International Speedway. Kevin Conway has teamed with Rick Ware Racing to compete in the Hershey’s Kisses 300 at Daytona International Speedway February 14. NASCAR Veteran Lake Speed will be spotting for the young rookie, while Ernie Irvan will continue to mentor Conway as he makes his superspeedway debut.

Conway comes from a very diverse racing background. He has competed in motocross, go-karts, midgets, legend cars, late models, ASA, the ARCA Re/Max Series and in 2003 made his NASCAR Busch Series debut at the Atlanta Motor Speedway.
