The 2004 Chick-fil-A Kyle Petty Charity Ride marks the tenth year that Kyle, his wife Pattie and father Richard along with other friends, family and supporters will take to the open road to raise money for the Victory Junction Gang Camp. To celebrate the ride’s tenth anniversary and Chick-fil-A’s new partnership, the #45 Georgia-Pacific Dodge will sport a special look for the Nextel Cup race at California Speedway during the Charity Ride’s kickoff weekend. The Sam Bass-designed paint scheme will feature the new Chick-fil-A Kyle Petty Charity Ride logo and colors. Joining Chick-fil-A as corporate partners of the Charity Ride are Georgia-Pacific, Victory Motorcycles, Coca-Cola and Daytona Harley-Davidson. The tenth anniversary ride will kick off May 1 in Palm Desert, Calif. From California, the ride will travel east, making overnight stops in Las Vegas, Nev.; Flagstaff, Ariz.; Roswell, N.M.; Oklahoma City, Okla.; Branson, Mo.; Tupelo, Miss.; and Atlanta, Ga.
