#50 Team Owner, Don Arnold, said his operation is preparing to debut in the ARCA series at the Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Concord, N.C., with young driver Justin Hobgood at the wheel of a car that will be sponsored by the Germain Automotive Family. The Quaker State and Lube 100 will take place May 27. “We plan to do four ARCA races for sure and maybe a fifth one, too,” Arnold said. “It will be good for testing and it’s also a good way to bring along a young driver.” The 24-year-old Hobgood last year was one of the stars of the NASCAR Goody’s Dash Series, finishing second in the points.
