Vazquez Marketing Group is pleased to announce that it has negotiated a deal for Mexican driver Ruben Garcia Novoa to run the #23 car in the NASCAR West series finally this October 23rd at Irwindale, Ca. Garcia, making his NASCAR debut, is former teammate of NASCAR’s first Hispanic driver, Mexican Carlos Contreras, formerly of the Truck and Busch series (a VMG client), and a champion in his own right. Garcia Novoa’s #23 will be fully sponsored at Irwindale Speedway by Roshfrans Oil and Avis Rent A Car out of Mexico. Garcia is also primed to compete for Roshfrans in the Mexico City Busch race in March 2005.
