Tony Raines will be behind the wheel of the Haas Automation #00 Chevrolet this weekend at Phoenix International Raceway. Raines has made five Busch Series starts at Phoenix, his best finish being 16th place in 2001. Following the event this weekend, Justin Labonte will fill the seat for the final two races on the 2004 Busch Series schedule. Labonte will be driving the Haas Automation #00 at Darlington which was not a race on the 15-race limited scheduled with the Coast Guardthis year. Justin will be back behind the wheel of the Coast Guard Shield of Freedom #44 at the season ending Busch Series race at the Homestead-Miami Speedway.(BGNRacing.com)(11-3-2004)
