Veteran SCRA and USAC Sprint Car Series driver Troy Cline has been named as the driver for a new NASCAR Busch Series team being formed by Les Lyons and Rick Russell. The new race team is purchasing Chevrolets from Haas Racing. The cars utilize the technical and engineering support of Hendrick Motorsports, and the team will use Hendrick engines. Regarding the teams plans, Russell says the team will run a limited schedule at first, depending on sponsorship. A contest will be held during December to name the new team.
