Rusty gets a sponsor for the Mexico race:

Officials of RWI Racing, LLC and Bell Helicopter Textron, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Textron, Inc., announced today that Bell Helicopter will be the primary sponsor for RWI Racing’s entry in the inaugural NASCAR Busch Series Telcel Motorola 200 presented by Banamex. The race is set to be held March 6, 2005 at Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, in Mexico City, Mexico. Team owner Rusty Wallace, one of NASCAR’s top-ten winningest drivers of all-time and a former NASCAR Premier Series champion, will pilot the team’s #64 Dodge Chargers in the event.
Said Wallace, “I’m really excited about this expansion of our relationship with Bell. It’s just such a natural fit for me. I’m a total aviation enthusiast and have thousands of flight hours in airplanes. I own a Bell 427 and couldn’t imagine life without it. With all of the demands on my time, the speed, comfort and reliability of my Bell Helicopter allow me to get more hours out of my day. This race is going to be a really big one, both for our team and for Bell. A lot of great drivers from all types of series are going to be aiming to win that event. It’s going to be tough, but I’m confident that our Bell Helicopter Dodge can end up in victory lane. Mexico is an important market for Bell and I’d really be honored to give them a win down there. You can bet we’re going to give it our best shot. More on Bell Helicopter Textron can be found at www.bellhelicopter.textron.com.(RWI PR)(2-12-2005)
