Wood Brothers Racing will place a decal on Ricky Rudd’s #21 Motorcraft Ford during Speedweeks in honor of U.S. Marine Corp. Jonathan W. Bowling. The 23-year-old native of Stuart, Va., was killed Jan. 26 with three others from a Lynchburg-based unit in Iraq during an ambush.
