Watkins Glen International and Zippo Manufacturing Company announced today a new marketing partnership with making Zippo the title sponsor of the NASCAR Busch Series race on August 13, 2005 during the annual SIRIUS Satellite Radio at The Glen weekend. The race will be called the Zippo 200. Zippo Motorsports has recently launched a “HOT” new collectable line of over 60 lighters featuring the NASCAR license and drivers Dale Earnhardt, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Jeff Gordon, Kevin Harvick and Michael Waltrip. The Zippo 200 will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2005 and will start at approximately 2:00 PM following the new NASCAR NEXTEL Cup qualifying.
