Mark Green will be behind the wheel of the #7 GIC entry again this weekend at Bristol. Last week, he successfully put the car in the field, qualifying on speed. This week, at a track where anything can happen, Green will contend for a solid finish on a track where he has a lot of experience. “The key to Bristol is staying out of trouble; that’s a no-brainer,” says Green. “If you can avoid the wrecks, you can get a solid finish.” In 13 outings at the track in the Busch Series, Green has an average finish of 20th when still running at the end of the race.
