from the McLynnracing.com: Sponsorship In The Works: Carl Long and McGlynn Racing are happy to announce a major new sponsorship deal is about to be signed for 2005. Their new title sponsor will be with the team for 10 races in 2005 beginning at Michigan International Speedway on June 19th 2005 and concluding at Homestead-Miami November 20th. Both sides have also agreed to terms for the bulk of the 2006 season as well. The name of the new sponsor will be announced here on the team web site as well as at a planned unveiling of the car and hauler. The exact date and location of the unveiling is still up in the air. The addition of this major sponsor will make a significant impact on the team in more ways than one. The team will compete in more races than previously planned and the team will have the additional resources available to make the competition worry that much more about the #00. The trademark green will also change during this sponsorship. The green will be replaced by blue and silver.(5-17-2005)
