#25-Brian Vickers won the Nextel Open at Lowe’s Motor Speedway with a last lap bump of leader #0-Mike Bliss about 100 feet from the start-finish line. Pole sitters Mike Bliss had led the most lap with 16 before his ‘mishap’. Vickers transfers into the Nextel All-Star Challenge. #77-Travis Kvapil was 3rd, followed by #5-Kyle Busch and #32-Bobby Hamilton Jr.
