Tim Fedewa, driver of the #12 Dodge Charger, will make a splash this week in Daytona Beach as he runs a special Mike and Ike Tangy Twister paint scheme for the Winn-Dixie 250 presented by PepsiCo at Daytona International Speedway. “Last summer we ran the neon green Mike and Ike Original Fruits candy paint scheme on the #12 car and received a lot of attention,” said driver Tim Fedewa. “Everyone liked that paint scheme and will hopefully be delighted to see yet another bright Mike and Ike car once again in Daytona.” Mike and Ike Original Fruits candies were introduced in 1940 and have expanded over the years with different flavor varieties. Exciting new Mike and Ike Tangy Twister features cherry, raspberry, citrus punch, pineapple, and apple with a high intensity flavor twist.
“Just Born, Inc. has been involved in NASCAR racing for many years,” commented team owner Armando Fitz. “We are honored to be a part of its continued involvement in the sport. The unique and eye-catching Mike and Ike paint schemes have become a fun and exciting tradition for our race team and fans.”(FitzBradshaw Racing PR)(6-29-2005)
