#27-David Green won the ITT Industries, Systems Division and Goulds Pumps Salute to the Troops 250 presented by Dodge at Pikes Peak International Raceway, his first Busch Series victory since 2003 on Saturday. The win was Green’s 9th of his career. Green passed #2-Clint Bowyer on the last lap and came from 4th with 10 laps to go. Bowyer held on to second, followed by #22-Kenny Wallace, #8-Martin Truex Jr. and #18-J.J. Yeley. #60-Carl Edwards finsihed 34th. #64-Bill Elliott finished sixth. There were 5 cautions for 26 laps and 6 drivers led with 7 lead changes.
