Eddie Pearson, a tire specialist for Dennis Setzer’s Craftsman Truck Series team and a crew member for T.J. Bell’s Busch Series entry, will be back behind the wheel this weekend in the ARCA race at DuQuoin, Ill. Pearson will drive a #17 Ford painted blue and gold. If that number and those colors sound familiar, it’s because in 1968 and ’69, Pearson’s father, David Pearson, rode a blue-and-gold #17 Ford to the Nextel Cup titles.(Atlanta Journal-Constitution)(9-2-2005)
