Starr wins pole at Richmond:

#75-David Starr won the pole for the Cheerios Betty Crocker 200 at Richmond International Raceway with a speed of 126.648mph with a new track qualifying record [was held by Jamie McMurray, 125.436 in Sept 2004] in the last Truck Race at Richmond for his 2nd pole of the season and 5th of his career. Starr went out first and just held off the outside pole sitter, #5-Mike Skinner who ran a lap of 126.642. The rest of the top five are #1-Ted Musgrave, #16-Jack Sprague and #47-Kevin Harvick. Points leader, #46-Dennis Setzer starts 20th. Missing the race were #92-Tony Stewart [was 29th fastest], #33-Bobby East, #7-Ron Hornaday III, #06-Mike Bliss, #40-Andy Houston, #70-Tam Topham, #02-Kelly Sutton, #24-Rob Ferguson and #73-Craig Wood.
