Hermie Sadler, who started the season in the #66 Peak Performance Motorsports Ford, will return to the team for the Subway 500 at Martinsville Speedway. The team will be sponsored by Virginians for Jerry Kilgore. Kilgore is the Republican Gubernatorial Candidate for Virginia. The election is November 8. “I am excited about getting back in the 66 car at Martinsville,” said Sadler. “The team has showed a great deal of improvement throughout the season. Martinsville is one of my favorite tracks, so I look forward to a solid run. It is important that we run well because we want to get the message out that Jerry Kilgore is the right man to govern Virginia.” Sadler qualified and raced the #66 in the spring event at Martinsville. “Peak Performance is happy to help Hermie at Martinsville,” said team owner Jeff Stec. “We had a good relationship, and we know how important it is for him to race at what he considers his home track.
