Talk in the Atlanta garage this weekend has CTS driver Tracy Hines leaving ThorSport for Glynn Motorsports and a ride in the Busch Series next season. It’s unclear if this is the #58 currently driven by Regan Smith or a second car. Neither Hines nor the team would comment about a possible deal.
