What’s up at KCR?

Catchfence.com spoke with Busch Series owner Keith Coleman last week before Texas Motor Speedway. One of Catchfence.com main questions was whether or not Rookie-of-the-Year candiate and upcoming female driver Kim Crosby will be driving at Phoenix and Homestead. “Right now, Kim will run the remainder of the season,” said Coleman. However, NASCAR released it’s entry list for Phoenix and Crosby is not entered. Catchfence.com wanted the truth, so we dug up Kim Crosby’s phone number and went straight to the source. Crosby, who also has experience in the ARCA Series told us she would not be in a car for the remainder of the 2005 season. However, Crosby did state will continue her appearances for her current primary sponsor Vassarette in the final two races of the 2005 Busch Series season. Crosby’s other sponsors Golden Flake Snack Foods and Boudreaux’s Buttpaste also informed us, that they will continue to back their driver whereever she may land in 2006. As for Crosby, she is currently exploring all of her options for next season.(Catchfence.com)(11-8-2005)
