#58 crew chief leaving? UPDATE 2 and Smith too:

hearing that #58 crew chief, Chris Wright, is leaving Glynn Motorsports and driver Regan Smith.(10-27-2006)
UPDATE: been told Wright has left the team after the race at Texas, no word on a replacement.(11-10-2005)
UPDATE 2: Regan Smith and Glynn Motorsports will go their separate ways effective immediately. Chris Wright, crew chief for the #58 car, was also released from the team, effective immediately. “Chris Wright, has decided to part ways with us and to move to another team. We as an organization decided to make a driver change at this time, and release Regan Smith as driver of the #58 car,” said Jason Butler, Team Manager for Glynn Motorsports. Wright, who came to Glynn Motorsports from Robert Yates Racing, began his term as crew chief for the #58 car at Darlington back in May. Smith, who started the NASCAR season driving the #19 NASCAR Craftsman Truck, competed in 21 events for Glynn Motorsports, had a season best 15th place finish at New Hampshire.(Glynn Motorsports PR)(11-17-2005)
