Erin Crocker will head to Homestead-Miami Speedway for her 1.5-mile track debut this weekend, ready for her second Truck Series start. Crocker became just the eighth female driver to start a Truck Series event when she made her Series debut, starting 22nd [finishing 36th] at Phoenix last week. In the season finale, Crocker will team up again with fulltime 2006 sponsor General Mills and its Cheerios and Betty Crocker brands on her #05 Dodge Ram when she takes the green flag on Friday. Crocker will pilot the #05 Dodge Ram chassis nicknamed Mini Me. This chassis has raced seven times this season and was driven by Crocker last weekend at Phoenix. The truck visited Victory Lane at Mansfield in May with NASCAR Truck Champion Bobby Hamilton at the wheel. The #05 team will be fielded by a partnership between Evernham Motorsports and Bobby Hamilton Racing. Crew chief Sammy Sanders from Bobby Hamilton Racing will make the calls this weekend, and the #05 crew from the BHR stable will pit the car.(Clear!Blue PR)(11-17-2005)
