hearing there will be an announcement from the U.S. Coast Guard early next week regarding an agreement with Richard Childress Racing and drivers Kevin Harvick and Jeff Burton. Harvick is expected to compete in 30 races for the Coast Guard and Burton will compete in the other five races to complete the 2006 season. Harvick cannot compete in all 35 races due to obligations of his own Busch Series Sponsored entry by Dollar General.(12-9-2005)
UPDATE Coast Guard to RCR: Richard Childress Racing announced today the United States Coast Guard will be the primary sponsor of its #21 Chevy driven by Kevin Harvick and Jeff Burton for the 2006 Busch Series season.
