Tracy Hines was one of the rookie featured drivers on Speed’s NBS 24/7 show Monday night. Hines will be in the #14 Dodge this season. FBR will be using Evernham engines for both teams. Eddie Buffington will the crew chief of the #14.(2-14-2006)
