James Hylton will be behind the wheel of the #28 Ford at Milwaukee this weekend. The Ford is owned by Jay Robinson Racings. This will be Hylton’s first race in the Busch Series since June 27, 1982. James finished 23rd in the Coca Cola 200 at Rockingham Motor Speedway in his only Busch Series career start.(James Hylton PR)(6-22-2006)
