NASCAR is looking at the #61 Front Row Motorsports Dodge as it supposedly failed the height sticks and is too low, no decision on if their qualifying time will be disallowed by NASCAR. If so, #78-Jimmy Spencer could end up in the race as both are out of the top-35 in owners points and Chaffin would go to the slowest qualifier and miss the race.
UPDATE: the #61 team’s qualifying speed was disqualified and the team will not race, so #78-Jimmy Spencer gets into the race as the #78 Chevy was next to make the race, Spencer will start 43rd, Chaffin was to start 38th.(7-21-2006)
