Darnell finished third in Friday night’s Ford 200 at Homstead Miami Motorsports Complex to clinch Raybestos Rookie of the Year. He racked up his fourth top-five and 12th top-10 finish of the 2006 season. Darnell claimed Raybestos Rookie of the Race honors for the 15th time in 25 races.
