Motorbooks launches Truck Series book:

The Authoritative Volume on this Motorsport, written by veteran journalist John Close, recently launched a 160-page hardbound volume recounting the history of the Craftsman Truck Series from its conceptual days in 1994 to its present status as one of the most successful and exciting forms of motorsports. The book, an officially licensed NASCAR product and part of the NASCAR Library Collection, features interviews with key players in the history of the division, including NASCAR President and CEO Brian France, series innovator Jimmy Smith, drivers Mike Skinner, Ron Hornaday Jr., Jack Sprague, Ted Musgrave, and many more.
