The first day [of two] of testing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway had 94 cars with 56 drivers/teams. #10A-Scott Riggs was fastest in the morning session with a speed of 183.511mph [the old track record before the banking was added was by Kasey Kahne 174.904 in 2004] followed by #20-Stewart, #9A-Kahne, #29B-Harvick and #22B-Blaney Slowest driver was #34-Lepage at 90th, slowest car was #78B-Wallace at 93rd.
