Joe Ruttman will be making his 169th career NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series start at Kansas Speedway on Saturday, April 28th in the #18-Fastenol Dodge for Bobby Hamilton Racing .The O’Reilly Auto Parts 250 will mark Ruttman’s first Truck Series start since 2002.
