NASCAR announced today that Kevin Starland, crew chief of the #14 Ford driven by Rick Crawford in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, has been fined due to rule violations this past week at Texas Motor Speedway. Starland was fined $1,000 for violating Sections 12-4-A (actions detrimental to stock car racing) and12-4-W (using added weight in less than five pound blocks and improperly attached) of the 2007 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Rule Book.
