Ray Dunlap reported on SPEED/TV’s Speed Report that there is a rumor regarding the #47 and that another person may become part owner in the future. Regan Smith was the driver of the #47-Ginn Racing Chevy at ORP winding up with an 8th place finish. Smith’s role following the DEI/Ginn Racing merger remains unclear.(7-30-2007)
