Jeremy Clements said Thursday that he has a one-race deal to drive for Boiling Springs-based McGill Motorsports in the Oct. 12 Busch Series race at Lowes Motor Speedway. Clements will replace Brent Sherman. Sherman is scheduled to part ways with the team after Saturdays race at Kansas Speedway.(Spartanburg Journal)(9-28-2007)
UPDATE: “We hoped to put Jeremy in a car for part-time schedule prior to this event but we were unable to secure a sponsor for him,” commented team owner John McGill. “He is a real racer and amazing undiscovered talent.
