Phantom EFX and their #1 selling Reel Deal Series brand of PC games agreed late last week to be the primary sponsor on the #28 Chevy that will be driven by Kenny Wallace in Mexico. Phantom EFX initially made entry in the sport of NASCAR with JRR in Atlanta when they were the Primary sponsor on the #4 JRR Chevy.
