Raybestos Rookie Donny Lia won the May 24 Ohio 250 at Mansfield Motorsports Park, crossing the finish line .241 seconds ahead of second-place David Starr. Lia scored his first NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series victory in his eighth start. He grabbed his second top-10 finish in six races in 2008. Lia also became the first Raybestos Rookie to lead a lap in five races at Mansfield (he led the race once for one lap).Lia is the first Raybestos to win a Craftsman Truck Series race since Carl Edwards won at Nashville (Tenn.) Superspeedway in August 2003 (115 races). A Raybestos Rookie has scored top-10 finishes in five of the seven Craftsman Truck Series races this season. Colin Braun has an eight-point lead (72-64) over Lia in the Raybestos Rookie standings entering the May 30 AAA Insurance 200 at Dover (Del.) International Speedway. Kurt Busch is the only Raybestos Rookie to win in eight Craftsman Truck Series races at Dover. Busch captured the 2000 race by .210 seconds over Greg Biffle. Busch is also the only freshman driver to win a pole position at Dover.
