Busch will enter Craftsman Truck Series races when those are companion events or reachable – he says he simply couldn’t make the Memphis race this weekend. “Kentucky and St. Louis are two weeks that are together for the truck and Nationwide stuff. I never really had St. Louis plans to run in the Nationwide so we’re just going to go and run Kentucky for the truck race. “Companion events ultimately, those are the easiest and we’ve still got plenty of those that are planned,” Busch said. “Sometimes there’s a couple that are still back and forth traveling-wise. Like Indy, Indy will be a big one. We’re going to run the truck race, the Nationwide race and the Cup race that weekend at Indy so that will be a big weekend. You don’t have to go that far.
