On October 18, Russ Dugger, an Owasso [OK] resident climbs into a NASCAR Craftsman Series truck and races in the Kroger 200 at Martinsville Speedway in Martinsville, Va. It was almost a year ago that Dugger impressed Chris Lafferty of Lafferty Motorsports and signed a developmental driver contract with the team on Aug. 17, 2007.
