hearing that Tony Raines will replace #24-Eric McClure this weekend at Richmond. The team has been struggling and Tony has apparently been asked to evaluate the team’s performance and equipment.(8-31-2008)
UPDATE: now told that McClure will not be replaced next weekend in the #24 Hefty Chevy, but that Front Row Motorsports will run a 2nd car with Tony Raines as the driver.(8-31-2008)
UPDATE 2: Front Row Motorsports never considered removing McClure from the #24 car. Eric will be running the remainder of the races in 2008. Tony Raines will be in the #52 car at Richmond.(9-1-2008)
