Been told that with his decision to move back to Indy cars, Dario Franchitti will not run any more races in the Cup or Nationwide Series and that Bryan Clauson will run the rest of the races and go for Rookie of the Year.(6-2-2008)
UPATE: As Dario Franchitti returns to IndyCar competition in 2009 to become a Target Racing teammate of the 2008 Indy 500 winner and current points leader Scott Dixon, Franchitti will step aside the remainder of his 2008 Nationwide races to provide more developmental seat time for Bryan Clauson. Therefore, Clauson will pick up the majority of the remaining races on the 2008 NNS schedule, piloting the #40 Fastenal Dodge.(Chip Ganassi Racing PR), Caluson will run all the remaining races except Texas.
