Nationwide Series driver Alex Garcia and his wife Daniela welcomed their second child into the world Saturday afternoon. Baby girl Angelina joins three-year-old brother Juan Pablo. Garcia plans a partial Nationwide schedule again in 2009.(12-20-2008)
