ESPN2 earned a 2.1 household coverage rating for its live telecast of the NASCAR Nationwide Series event at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, the same rating earned last year when the event also was telecast on ESPN2. The telecast averaged 2,832,506 viewers. The race was the highest-rated sporting event on cable television for the weekend and the most-viewed NASCAR Nationwide Series race on cable ever from Las Vegas Motor Speedway.(ESPN PR)(3-3-2009)
