due to rain/weather, so the field was set by the rules on the entry blank, by the qualifying draw [just for this race, not for points races]. #27-Shelmerdine will start first, but will go to the the rear of the field as he wrecked in practice and never got the fixed car presented for inspection. So #12-David Stremme moves up from 3rd to the pole position. #46-Carl Long was to start 2nd but had to change engines and fall to the rear, so #66-Blaney moves up to 2nd.
