JC Stout and the volunteers of the Stellar-Quest Racing Team will be making their team debut in the NASCAR Nationwide Series in the upcoming Charlotte, NC race in their #19 Chevy. They bought the car this winter from Rusty Wallace Racing and have been saving their money until licenses, tires and the entry fee costs could be paid.(Stout PR)(5-16-2009)
