Ron Hornaday has won the last two truck series events at Texas Motor Speedway. Hornaday and the #33- Longhorn/Swedish Match team will bring the truck that swept both Texas events in 2008. In twelve years competing in the Truck Series, Hornaday has not won three races in a row at the same facility. If Hornaday can achieve the three-peat, he would add Texas and New Hampshire as tracks where he holds three career wins.
