The event marks the first of four consecutive Truck racing weekends on SPEED. The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series continues its growth on SPEED, driven in part by increased viewership by younger audiences. Nielsen Household Ratings have been higher in three of the five NCWTS races on SPEED this season, with all three earning double-digit ratings increases among Men 18-49. Daytona saw Truck ratings increase 12 percent in the demographic, Atlanta enjoyed a 16-percent surge and last weekend’s race at Dover was up 24 percent.(SPEEDtv PR)(6-4-2009)
